We are seeking a data-driven Senior User Acquisition Specialist to expand our user base through paid, organic and analytical initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of various acquisition channels, a passion for data analysis and a proven ability to deliver results.
What You’ll do?
- Data Analytics: Translate complex data into actionable insights, automate reporting and build dashboards to track key performance metrics like CPA, ROAS and LTV.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and consumer feedback to identify acquisition opportunities across various channels (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, organic search)
- Paid User Acquisition: Optimize paid advertising campaigns towards clear ROAS targets, manage ad creatives briefing and rotation, track KPIs, and collaborate with creative teams and agencies to drive user growth.
- Organic User Acquisition: Improve organic visibility through App Store optimizations and other initiatives.
- Global Working Culture: This role will support multiple time zones and countries with working hours from 2 pm - 10 pm CST. It requires an interest in global customer insights.
What You’ll Need
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker)
- Experience with marketing analytical tools and MMPs (Google Analytics, Adjust) is a strong plus.
- Prior experience with managing paid marketing campaigns or building analytics solutions for marketing teams is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, alongside excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and A/B testing.
- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing.
